• We use only free-range chicken from The Goffle Road Poultry Farm for our wings, soups, salads and cutlets. This chicken is raised without the use of steroids, hormones or animal by-products.
• We use only Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise – not cheap imitations.
• We use only fresh Mozzarella (wet and dry). We don’t use “slicing” Mozzarella.
• We use only genuine, imported, Olive Oil on our sandwiches - not the cheap “salad oil” that most places use.
• We season and cook our roast beef ourselves, and we use only the highest-quality beef purchased directly from Boar’s Head.
• We use only Solid White Albacore Tuna in our tuna salad.
• We make our chicken salad, egg salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw, and garden salads, fresh, daily, using only the freshest ingredients.
• We make our soups, chili and tomato sauces fresh, from scratch.
